[20] See also E.T. Whittaker, "On an Expression of the Electromagnetic Field Due to Electrons by Means of Two Scalar Potential Functions," Proceedinqs of the London Mathematical Society, Series 2, Vol. 1, 1904, p. 367-372. Here Whittaker shows that the fields of classical electromagnetics can be replaced by scalar potential interferometry of two potentials. Our own comment is to note that by Whittaker 1903, we can with a little difficulty make artificial potentials with deliberate substructures. We can then interfere those potentials (actually, interfere their hidden multiwave structures) even at a distance, to create new EM fields. Or we can dissolve EM fields that exist at a distance, simply by constructing the correct negative EM fields by distant scalar interferometry. My point is that, when we utilize the "inner" electromagnetics inside the potential, we are employing a vastly more powerful electromagnetics of a new kind, which includes and extends the present inadequate EM theory.
